Silvina Arias graduated in Biochemistry at the Faculty of Chemical Sciences of the National University of Cordoba (UNC), Argentina, and then in 2014 obtained her Ph.D. in Chemistry at the same University.
Is Specialist in Food Science, certificate granted by the College of Biochemists of the Province of Cordoba.
She is currently a postdoctoral fellow from UNC, and is working in the subject “Functional study of the Arabidopsis DNA-glycosydase MBD4 under biotic stress conditions”, in the Center for Research in Biological Chemistry (CIQUIBIC, UNC-CONICET) under the supervision of Dr. María Elena Álvarez.
