Ramón Asis

Dr Ramon Asis is Adjoint Investigator of the Argentine National Council of Research (CONICET) and Professor of Food Science and Nutrition at the School of Chemical Sciences, National University of Cordoba.

He obtained his PhD degree at the National University of Cordoba in 2004, and made a post-doc at Prof. Carrari’s laboratory at the Institute of Biotechnology of INTA Castelar, Buenos Aires, Argentine.

Since 2007 Dr. Asis is a group leader of Food Science Laboratory at the Department of Clinical Biochemistry-CIBICI
